Installs take place after 7pm even if it is not completely dark yet. Exact time will be determined by Yard-A-Gram staff as we create our route based on location. We will do our best to accommodate special requests if they are communicated to us before route is scheduled that evening.

Greetings will be picked up approximately 24-36 hours later unless additional time has been purchased. Expect during our bogo days deal then rentals are picked up approximately 48 hours later.

Yard-A-Gram is not responsible for any damage to property. Any special care of property (sprinklers, utilities, etc) need to be communicated to Yard-A-Gram prior to installation.

PLEASE do not remove, or rearrange yard greetings once installed including our LOGO SIGN

Yard Signs can NOT be placed in backyards due to liability & insurance.

PLEASE avoid mowing, whipping or snow blowing while signs are up.

Please do not attach balloons or any other banners to the signs.

Homeowner is responsible for any damage, theft, or vandalism done to the signs while on property.

If inclement weather prevents us from installation we will reschedule to a later date or time this includes but not limited to below zero temperatures or higher winds over 20 mph. If customer chooses to cancel, they will receive a 50% refund.

No refund will be given if we cannot gain access to the property in a safe manner (gated access, loose animals). We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided to us by the homeowner.

Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the event will be given a 50% refund or full credit for a future date.

No refunds or credits will be issued after 48 hours prior to install.
