Signs

Q: Do I get to keep the yard card greeting signs?
A: No our greetings are for rental only. We do offer some keepsake options.

Q: When will my yard card be installed?
A: Signs are installed between 6pm-10pm unless otherwise discussed.

Q: What are your signs made of?
A: Our signs are made of durable, weatherproof corrugated plastic.

Q: How long do I get to keep my yard card greeting?
A: Signs are rented for approximately 24 hours unless additional time is purchased. No additional days can be purchased of graduation set ups due to high demand.

Q: What happens if I don't like how my yard card greeting is displayed?
A: Please contact Yard-A-Gram as soon as possible and we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.


Q: Can we move our yard card greeting?
A: No! Please leave the signs up as they were placed INCLUDING our logo sign. Signs are taken down with care as to not damage them. If you need assistance removing the signs early please contact us.

Q: Our event is indoors, Can we still get a yard card greeting?

A: Yes we can provide indoor and outdoor greetings to meet your needs.

Cancellations

Q: What if I have to cancel my appointment?

A: Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the event can choose to receive half of your paid rate as a refund or you may keep the full amount paid as a credit for a future reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued after 48 hours prior to install. 

Q: What if bad weather is expected on my date?

A: We will do our best to accommodate your reservation request. If weather makes it unsafe for us to deliver we will reschedule for a future date. If customer decides to cancel 50% refund would be given.

Fees

Q: Will there be delivery fee?
A: Our delivery fees are based on mileage from our home base in Canton.

zone 1- up to 10 miles is no charge. 

zone 2- 11-15 miles is $20

zone 3- 16-20 miles is $30

At this time we are not delivering over 20 miles 

(subject to change)

Q: Help! I need yard card greeting quick! Can you supply same day orders?
A: Yes! We can help! We will do our best to accommodate same day orders for an additional $25 fee. This is subject to availability.

Q:What if the yard card gets damaged while in my yard?

A: There is $20-$30 fee for each damaged piece. We understand sometimes damage can be uncontrollable we will take that in consideration each time.

How to get ready

Q: What can I do to get ready for installation?​

  • Draw any curtains in the front of the house after 7:00 p.m. to help us conceal the surprise (don't forget upstairs if you have a 2nd story!).

  • If you have dogs that will alert others of our arrival please distract them in another room until we have installed your set.

  • Turn off any security systems that will alert other adults of our arrival to the yard.

  • During the winter months and hot summer months it is important for us to check how how hard the ground is before installation. In order to do this please take a screwdriver and insert it into your lawn the day before install. If the screwdriver does not smoothly go into the ground please notify us as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to complete your display.

  • Please WATER THE LAWN prior to our arrival. If the ground is too hard we may be unable to install your set!

  • If you have an HOA please confirm that signs can be displayed in your yard.

  • If you live in a gated community please confirm that we will be able to gain access to your property. 

  • Please mow your lawn PRIOR to installation as lawn care is not permitted while signs are displayed. If you have a lawn service please reschedule for a later date. 

  • If you have a sprinkler system please make sure it is turned off when we are scheduled to pick up your display.
